Great place, Great views, Great hosts, can't find fault with anything. Would go again.
We stayed in Casa Bella Vista in May 2023 with our two children (8 and 11) and three grandparents. The villa is huge with four double bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The master bedroom is massive with its own dressing room and a couple of the rooms have their own balconies too. The kitchen is very well equipped and in the basement there is a big laundry room and gym with hot tub/sauna. The outside area is tremendous with lots of space - in the sun and shade - really comfy sunloungers - a bbq and the great pool. It is in a pretty quiet location too. David told us a neighbouring villa was having work done during our stay and they were the quietest builders! It is about a 20 minute walk down to the beachfront, we never did the walk back up the hill but taxis are cheap and there are lots of them around. There is a supermarket a few minutes drive away and it is walkable too, also next door to Siam Park. There are a couple of nice restaurants close by, we went to Roy's on the first night for take out pizza and they were so friendly there. The rest of the time we ate out down in Adeje and Caleta. The villa is faultless and we'd definitely book again. David and Stewart were both really helpful on arrival, our flight was delayed but the in-laws went to collect the keys and Stewart came around the next morning to do the admin. They also kindly let us have a late check out which we really appreciated, brilliant service.
A simply fabulous villa with views to die for ..... ideal if you want to be far away from the crowds. Expertly managed by David, thank you.
We enjoyed every day of our one week stay at this lovely villa. Especially the sunset views from the pool and the pool area itself were just amazing. But also the villa had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to individual bedrooms with great on-site bathrooms for the whole family. And if you don't want to cook, ordering food was also no problem. Would definitely come again!
There was just the two of us for 11 night and we could have stayed at least another week. Views from the pool and main bedroom are superb and most nights it was lovely and quite sitting on the patio watching the sun set. Excellent central position,nothing too far away. We've stayed in quite a few Villa's and what makes the holiday more relaxing is knowing that issues will be dealt with promptly when they arrise. David, the Villa host, has defiantley been the best so far and his communication and help was excellent. Will definatley be returning
This is a rockstar house. Amazing views, fantastic infinity pool and loads of light throughout. We loved it. Great communication. Highly recommended.
The pictures do not do justice to this villa 5 star all the way the views are simply stunning and the space especially the outside could not have been better. David the manager was also excellent never in your face but there on the odd occasions we needed him ( only to print off our forms and for some advice). If your looking for top quality accommodation, perfect location stunning sunsets and excellent communication from the manager then look no further.
An absolutely stunning villa with an incredible view. Immaculate condition and the pool is the icing on the cake. David couldn't have been more helpful and friendly - now that I've met him he will be our go to man for villas in Tenerife although I doubt that anything else will come close to Casa Bella Vista!
Booked this villa in Dec 2019 for July 2020, so when the pandemic hit it was a bit concerning, especially when it came to paying the balance and it still did not look like travel to Tenerife would be possible. The owner was so good in allowing us to hold off until the last possible minute when we knew that travel could go ahead. We have never had so much communication with a villa owner in the past and were extremely grateful for all their help and advice. We were so glad we eventually did go ahead, the villa is superb, with a stunning view over Costa Adeje, the furnishing and amenities were outstanding with a glorious infinity pool. The picture struggle to convey just how stunning the view from the pool is during sunset. There would have been no reason to ever leave this villa had we been worried about the virus, however we found the beaches, restaurants and shops of Tenerife felt so much safer than the UK. With very low case levels and a much stricter adherence to social distancing, hand sanitising, temp checks and mask wearing. Obviously, the resort was quieter than previous years, however we still had a great holiday and much of this was down to this fabulous villa. We will definitely return to this villa in future
Excellent villa. All we could have wanted
We stayed in this villa for a week in February with our family for a birthday celebration. The villa is stunning, set up on the hillside overlooking Adeje and the ocean. The views are fabulous. The property has everything you would need for a holiday stay with added extras such as 4 en-suite double bedrooms so no fighting over the bathroom! David the property manager was excellent and was at the villa to greet us when we arrived. He answered all our messages immediately and came when we had a problem with the aircon. The gym and sauna are a great addition to the property. We felt that the jacuzzi in the gym would have been better as a hot tub outside in the pool area but a minute detail! The pool was a lovely temperature and very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked and we loved the open plan layout. The owners of the villa are extremely helpful and in particular when we had a bit of a problem with our initial booking (thanks again Russell and Debbie for your help with this!) I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a luxury holiday stay!
I booked this villa last minute for myself, Wife, Mum and her best friend. From start to finishing everything was faultless. I had initial contact with Russell(owner), who was extremely helpful, explained everything about the villa inside and out to a tee and made the process seamless. Then had contact with the property manager David who was a great guy and he met us at the villa prompt on arrival. He showed us round the villa and how everything worked etc, he could not have been more helpful. The cleanliness of the villa on arrival was impeccable and the villa itself is brilliant. The photos really do not do it justice. Everything you could possibly want is included and it really is a home from home. The fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and everything that is promised and listed you have and more. The only grievance I have is that in the gym are two framed signed Bolton Wanderers shirts! If they were replaced by Sheffield Wednesday shirts then it would be much better! The owner Russell and David even messaged me during the week just to check that everything was ok and if we needed anything, I thought that was a very nice touch. Finally, the security is second to none which for my nervous Mum was great. The villa is brilliant and I would highly recommend to anybody thinking of staying. I will definitely be back later on in the year with my wife and her side of the family. Looking forward to it already. Many thanks to Russell and David, we had a great time.

We had the most amazing holiday. The villa can be best described as our paradise for a short period in time. The owners (Russell and Debbie) who don't live in Tenerife could not be more helpful with regards messaging information & suggestions on the villa & Tenerife as a whole. Martin & Vicki the English management team were brilliant. Martin have us a very comprehensive tour that gave us a full understanding of how the villa worked (lights, TV system / movies, music system, kitchen, jacuzzi, gym / spa & security). The WIFI was very fast & great for FaceTiming family in UK. The super king size beds were just so so so comfy. The infinity swimming pool was surprisingly quite warm & just at a perfect temp for us women. Vicki changed linen within hours of our request. To be honest the villa was just perfecto. Apart from everything else the most memorable memory will be the Uninterrupted views by day & breathtaking after dark . Perfectly positioned looking out over the Atlantic Ocean & with the most amazing sunsets. We cannot wait to return next year.....

The communication with the property owner was excellent. We were given lots of information prior to booking, giving us peace of mind. Once booked the owner gave us all the check-in details and also info regarding the local area (very useful).
We were met at the property by the management agent who gave us a full tour of the villa. There were also a few essentials left for us in the fridge.
The villa - Wow.....What a view. I don't think that you would ever tire of waking up to that! The pictures on the website were very accurate, although they could never fully do the villa justice. All bedrooms were very comfortable, and the living space was just right for us. The gym area is so much bigger than we were expecting! We made use of the facilities in the gym on most mornings and finished with a refreshing sauna. There is a music system built into the villa and speakers in nearly every room. You just need a phone with a headphone socket and you'll have your own music all round the villa. This includes speakers outside on the terrace/pool area.
The villa is high up on the hills so a car is a must, though we took a taxi each night into Playa Fanabe or Las Americas which would only cost approx €7. The areas around the villa seems very safe and it is really quiet at night. Perfect for us returning to the villa for a glass of wine on the terrace. The villa has plenty of beach towels so no need to bring them!
In summary I would recommend this villa to anyone thinking of booking it. It truly is a fantastic home which was enjoyed by us and our teenage daughters. We would not hesitate to return to Villa 6 in the future. One point regarding the taxi's...They often did not know the address and most said they had never been there. We overcame this by telling them to go up the hill next to Siam Park or Av Europa and we directed them from there, but this was never an issue.
