4th time we have Stayed in villa Romano and it never let's us down. Great week for relaxing and being with friends. Thank you David for your help.
Beautiful house great location David is always on hand when needed have stayed here a few times very spacious shop just down the road which is great we will be back soon
Amazing villa nice and secure for the children, photos don't do it any justice, beautiful sea views very clean, we booked for a week and ended up booking for another 3 days as we didn't want to leave!
Really a top class house and garden. The best we've ever stayed in.
My family and I Just returned from an 18 day break at villa Romano. We have stayed here many times and as usual it did not disappoint. The villa is amazing and location is perfect for those wishing to be just 5mins from all amenities. David ,Rosemary and the team looked after us perfectly and we will be returning as usual next year. 5 star service all round.
Stayed at Villa Romano and as usual we weren't disappointed. Villa was stunning, weather was terrific and the service from David was exceptional as usual. Great family holiday.
Lovely spacious modern villa. Brilliant amenities especially the swimming pool & games room. Nice walk down to Fanabe beach, where there are bars, restaurants & shops. There is also a supermarket within walking distance at the Gran Sur mall. There's also a couple of local restaurants if you don't fancy going too far. The only issue is the lack of WiFi coverage in the bedrooms. We had 3 teenage kids with us that rely on WiFi pretty much permanently. I'm sure this can be easily fixed with a couple of WiFi boosters.
Villa Romano is in a good location. There is an excellent children's play area, enclosed football area and adult exercise machines within an 80 yard walk. The villa was well equiped with kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, bedding and towels.
Just spent xmas and new year at villa Romano AGAIN! Absolutely 1st class as usual from David, Rosemary and their team. We had no issues or problems from start to finish this is why we come back year on year. I highly recommend this company. A big Thank you to Just holiday villas 4 U
We have just returned from an excellent week at Villa Romano. Everything was as described and as detailed by the pictures. Met as agreed by David who showed us the essentials and he had been excellent with responding to enquiries before we arrived as well as whilst we were there. The villa has everything you could need and would recommend as a great place for families or small groups. Only slight issue (which didn't detract from our enjoyment) was that the WiFi didn't reach the bedrooms-which was a bit inconvenient at night for the kids with their gadgets so a booster would soon put that right. Could also do with a new dart board as it's easier to get one to stay in at a dodgy fairground attraction than this one-but if these are the only areas where I could suggest improvement then that suggetss everything else was absolutely superb!!
Everything expected and more. The whole family enjoyed our week in the villa. Would recommend it to anyone. Nearby pub the George has lovely food. Two bakeries opposite have georgeous cakes.
This villa is superbly furnished inside and out with a lovely swimming pool in a great location with useful amenities very close by and all other main ones within walking distance or a short reasonably priced taxi ride away. The TV and music systems if required are top notch and the games room and table tennis brilliant additions for home entertainment after an enjoyable evening barbecue on the terrace or whenever. Only small criticisms are the top floor bedroom would benefit from a chest of drawers but the abundance of coat hangers made up for this; and the only other is that the bottom step onto the ground floor blends in and three of our party tripped on this final step so we placed some dark tape on the bottom to resolve this. Those with very small children need to be aware of the open floor level swimming pool dangers. I would recommend this villa to anyone.
Very comfortable house. we missed a proper coffee machine! but for the rest : no complaints best
We tralled with group of 8 persons and got rented cars from airport and drived to the rented Villa Romano at midnight. This was first time we rented villa from internet. There was David waiting for us at villa and he introduce the building and instructions to us. That was perfect place to us to be one week holiday there. The sun shined whole week to the yard and pool of the villa from 9 to 19. We enjoyed very much the swimming pool and the pool table. There was nearby some nice coffee bars, restauranges ( especially Churrasqueria Rodeo) and comercial center Gran Sur. This was a fine experience and we hope to repeat it.
We stayed at villa Romano August 17. On arrival we was greeted by David who was there ready to show us around the villa, how things work and local info etc. The villa itself is beautiful, well looked after and really spacious. The modern villa Romano has lots of extras any family could need- pool inflatables, pool table, ping pong table, darts board, lots of kitchen utensils. The villa is spotlessly clean! Everything is quality eg pool towels, beds really comfy. The pool itself is great. Quite big in comparison to most villas we have stayed in and really clean. If I was being picky the only thing I could fault is the fact the villa has no air con. It wasn't a huge problem as we kept the shutters closed all day and there are lots of ceiling fans in the villa so it's not uncomfortable but for such a modern villa it's literally the only thing missing. But having said this I would definitely return to the villa and it doesn't put me off at all. David and his wife met us at the villa on departure (having given us a late check out time) they where both really helpful and lovely people thank you both.
The villa was of a very good standard, excellent facilities within the villa, ie. the pool and games room, which were the most used. A bar area within the games room would be an added benefit but a minor down side. The location was slightly further from main resort than would have wished but again a minor downside . We all enjoyed the holiday very much, would definitely recommend to others.
Had a great holiday at Villa Romano, 6 adults And 3 children. We couldn't get the children out the pool. We used the outside space all the time.. it has everything you would want for a holiday. Games room with snooker table and dart board, table tennis table in the basement. To be fair we never used them as we were outside all of the time. Shops restaurants only a 2 minute walk from villa. All in all a terrific villa and David was so helpful for first enquiry and through out our holiday. We will definitely be back.
Great villa have used bfore will use again everything u need many thanks.
I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday as it has all the facilities to help you enjoy your stay in Tenerife. Its location is ideal if you want away from the crowds but also close enough for the beach within a 15/20mins walk to either Playa Fanabe or Puerto Colon. David was also very helpful to help the overall holiday experience.
I would just like to say we all had a fabulous time in Tenerife and the villa was absolutely outstanding David the manager was very welcoming and friendly and if we needed anything he was there to help (not that we did need anything) I will certainly be passing on details to my friends and family and can not wait to go back later in the year
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Romano. The service was good prior to arrival and we received a warm welcome. The Villa is spacious - even with 7adults and 1child we were never constrained. It is outfitted to a luxurious standard. We used the external barbecue as well as the fully fitted kitchen - and also managed to try some of the nearby local restaurants. Far enough away from the noisy areas but close enough to walk if desired. The pool is heated and in good condition and there is more than enough external furniture. Would recommend and probably return.
We have now booked villas with David and Rosemary for a number of years. Always a 5 star service with villas to match. I cannot recommend them enough.
This villa was perfect for us with its amazing games room, movies and sports and bose music system to entertain our teenagers. A modern spacious villa with all mod cons and a lovely outdoor area. The seating to the rear of the pool was most welcoming for our late afternoon drinks. The pool was beautiful with the mountains as its backdrop. We were concerned the villa had no air conditioning but we found the ceiling fans most sufficient with multi speeds. The area around the villa is very quiet with a local shop, butchers, bakery and a few bars 1 minute walk away. The Rodeo meat restaurant is a mussed visit and is a 10 minute walk away, if you love meat you'll love this place, all you can eat. A fantastic holiday in a fantastic villa and we would definitely return. Thank David, the booking process from start to finish was excellent.
Fabulous place, very quiet, clean, well equipped, and a great bar just down the road, fabulous heated pool and games room, just pure bliss for a weeks chilling. Agents very good, what more can I say!!!! Will certainly be returning.
7 adult family members stayed at the villa in May 2016. The facilities at the villa are good. The pool table is a great way to enjoy some down time. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and enough storage space. The villa is in a nice location which suited us. A few nearby restaurants if you don't want to go in to town. The visitor guide folder in the villa could do with updating and more info on local bars and restaurants. David was very helpful throughout our booking process and stay. Thanks.
We have been back for a few days now after our wonderful stay at Villa Romano. David was a pleasure to deal with from the first email to meeting us when we arrived and showing us around the villa. The villa was stunning, clean, spacious, modern and well equipped, everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay was provided. There was 6 of us altogether (3 couples) aged 24-30, there was plenty of room for us all to have our own privacy and seperate bathrooms. The pool table and dart board had plenty of use. The swimming pool is a decent size and was always nice and warm. There was an issue with the pump on one day, but by the time we had got back from our day out David had had the problem resolved. There are plenty of different seating areas around the villa and the BBQ was used almost everyday. The kitchen is very well equipped and nice and modern, the seperate fridge freezer in the garage came in handy. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would have no issues recommend this villa or 'Just Holiday Villas 4 u' to anyone. If we return to Tenerife we would deffinatly stay here again.
I have stayed at Villa Romano twice recently 1st time in September 2015 we went as a group of 7 ladies and then again in November 2015 as a family group of 8 ranging in age from my mum at 80 to my niece age 24. Everyone of us totally enjoyed the villa it has everything you could wish for and the swimming pool area is stunning. Plenty seating areas both inside the villa and around the pool from comfy sun loungers, indoor and outdoor dining area, and my personal favourite the wicker sofas at the far end of the pool. The pool table and darts kept us entertained. The kitchen is well equipped. All in all I highly recommend this villa and I will certainly be booking it again in the future.
This is our second visit to Villa Romano stayed in October 2013 and just returned from another two weeks. The villa is great place for a relaxing holiday, plenty of space inside and out so for a family of seven there was plenty of room. All the rooms are stunning and also the pool is larger than it looks on the photos. Although this villa is away from the main attractions there is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away with local shops, bar and restaurant about 100m away.
We had very high hopes of this villa, given the photos on the website, and we were not disappointed! We were a group of 8 including children from 10yrs old. Everything we could want was there and more. From the beautiful pool, to the BBQ, to the games room, to the outside dining area..... The list is endless. Decor and furniture absolutely second to none. I can't think of a single negative about this property. (Apart from maybe a rug around the pool table, to save the heart attack every time a ball left the table and landed on the very nice floor tiles!) David was a pleasure to deal with, and always on the end of the phone. All in all, the best family holiday ever!
I spent ages looking for the perfect accommodation in Teneriffe for myself and my family of eight, which included my partner,my two daughters and husbands, plus my two lovely grandchildren!! The villa was stunning and everything and more as advertised, there was plenty of space, the pool table in the lounge area and dartboard were brilliant and we had lots of fun with them, we couldn't have wished for a more perfect setting, lovely quite residential area, just a stroll down a hill (not steep) to local shop and pizza rest. 5mins to beach, all amenities, lovely restaurants, highly recommend 'La Farola', excellent service, overlooking the sea, beautiful!! We hired two cars, but the cab service is excellent, and only 5euros. David was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful, as we arrived later in the evening the fridge had been filled with essentials such as milk, water and even a bottle of bubbly!! I will definitely be going back next year and highly recommend Villa Romano as an exceptional holiday stay!! 10th April 2015
Just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at Villa Romano. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and is a credit to its owners; the photos do not do the villa justice There were 8 of us - (3 families - 6 adults & 2 children 6yrs & 19mths) celebrating my husbands 'special' birthday and everyone was very impressed with the space and luxurious feel of the villa, it was one of the best family holidays we have had for a long time. The pool is wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed by all especially our 6yr old granddaughter, who was never out of it, there was a small 'hiccup' with the pool heating when we arrived but David got this sorted asap. All rooms have electric shutters which make it feel very secure both at night and when we went out, there were even electric gates so the hire car we had was tucked away safely. The Bose system was great and the TV had so many channels, every channel you could think of plus some you wouldn't, plus oodles of films! The large family room was well used, plenty of room for our grandchildren to run around plus lots of Pool games and Darts games and the Table Tennis in the garage was a bonus, it was a huge garage which also housed the washing machine - we got all our washing done before we came home to dreary, wet England. All in all we loved our stay at Villa Romano. The villa is quite a trek back from the beach so I do think a car is necessary as the journey back to the villa is quite steep! I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and I would definately book this villa if we all went out to Tenerife together again. We booked the villa through "JustHolidayVillas4U"
The villa and facilities are fabulous, great for all ages. Would stay again though
"Our stay at Villa Romano, Tenerife." 5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2014 for a stay in October 2014 (Trip Advisor Review !!) To begin with, I would say that the photos do not do the Villa justice. It is really quite stunning in the flesh. Everything seems quite new, and the furnishings all have a touch of luxury. Def 5star. My family is at a funny age: There was me, the wife, my 23 year old son, my 16 year old daughter and her 18 yr old boyfriend, so finding somewhere we could all stay, without getting creative with sharing rooms really meant a villa was the only only option. Villa Romano really has something for all of us. We all loved the luxury and space, both indoors and outdoors. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos, and we spent a lot of time in there. The choice of seating areas around the pool area is great. A choice of tables, plenty of loungers, and a covered lanai to shelter under if it gets too hot. Indoors, the bedrooms are lovely, and have electric shutters, which are practical, make the property very secure and are just great fun to operate! Very futuristic! The tv room has a Bose system that, quite frankly, sounds amazing. We didn't really bother with the TV, but did fight a bit over whos DVD or ipod was being played on the Bose. Everybody likes a bit of Buble, right? Hope the neighbours did. The games room is fab. Huge, with a pool table that was well used when we were there, and a dartboard, that to be honest, we were too scared to use as we didn't want to make any holes in the beautiful walls! There aren't any yet, so we didn't want to be the first. We really loved our stay at Villa Romano. The only caveat I would make is that you really, really need a car. The Villa is quite far uphill from the front. We did walk down and back, once. It was quite warm and my wife was joking that she thought that she might need an ambulance to get back up the hill. At least I think she was joking? 5 of 5 stars Ease of booking 4 of 5 stars Directions to the property 5 of 5 stars Key pickup/access to the property 5 of 5 stars Overall condition 5 of 5 stars Quality of bedding/mattresses 5 of 5 stars Kitchen/utensils quality 5 of 5 stars Cleanliness of bathroom 5 of 5 stars Quality of facilities/amenities 5 of 5 stars Service Traveling group: Extended Family My age: 50-64 Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Wow - what you see from the photos is just how this villa is, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We were two families with 4 teenage children so the space this villa provided was more than ample. The games room was greatly used, as were the pool and table tennis (this would have been used more if not located in the basement)! The location of this villa is ok if you don't mind a 20 - 30 min walk to main resort, I would recommend a car. There is a local chicken shop just across the road that was excellent. A very enjoyable week. David & Rosemary the letting agents were great and just a phone call away. We had a great week as a group of 8 at Villa Romano. The pictures are a true overview of this excellent accommodation. The villa was clean, fully equipped and very modern. There was plenty to keep our 4 teenagers happy with pool, table tennis and films. The days relaxing by the pool were lovely. Across the road is a very affordable and pleasant chicken restaurant. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend this beautiful accommodation. I stayed at the villa in Feb 2014 into March 2014. All I can say is that it is exactly how it looks on the pictures - amazing! There was 8 adults and 2 small children altogether and there was still lots of room and space. The villa location was ideal with supermarket a 10 minutes walk and the beach/restaurants/ nightlife 15-20 minutes away. The villa is in the sunshine all day and is very clean and comfortable. There is a local shop 2 minutes away alongside a cafe that serves good food. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and I'm already looking to book again in the near future! we have now stayed at Villa Romano twice and have enjoyed the space, the location, the amenities nearby the kids loved the pool table and table tennis immensely. Just returned from a family holiday in Tenerife and stayed at Villa Romano. Villa was beautiful with everything you would require. Had a baby with us and there was a cot and high chair in villa when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again. Could not fault villa at all. Lovely pool and men in party really enjoyed the pool table and dart board in the games room. However there were only 6 Sunbeds and there were 8 of us. Two more were delivered on our 5th day but taken away again as we're not what owner wanted. Assume this will be resolved by time next visitors arrive. Liked that we could walk 20 minutes down to promenade and from there as far as you wanted to go along the front. Was a bit scary crossing the main road though especially with a pram. Went to Siam park which was an excellent day out and only about 5-10 minutes from villa. Would definitely recommend this villa. I cannot recommend this villa enough, it is modern, clean, spacious, well equipped and the furniture and fittings are of such a high quality for a rental property. We were a family of five with two teenage children and the games facilities were brilliant and kept them amused the whole week. The pool area is lovely and such a sun trap, we didn't actually go to any of the beaches as we enjoyed the villa so much. I would definitely recommend a car so you can get out to explore, however the taxi's are very reliable and good value. I think whoever stays at this villa will just have a great time, we did and we just didn't want to come home. What stands out about this villa are the exceptional games facilities: Pool table, darts and a good quality table tennis table in the garage. The outside area is also excellent and well-maintained with good quality furniture. The bedrooms (we used the three main bedrooms) are on separate levels and also of a very good size and standard. Th fourth bedroom was not comparable and better suited to small children. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa particularly to families with teenage children as there is enough to occupy everyone. We had a lovely Holiday staying at Villa Romano and what a beautiful villa it is. A few teething problems when we arrived but these were rectified immediately by very friendly and helpful staff. The Villa is in a lovely area and once we found our way around we did not want to leave to come home. Beautiful beach's and restaurants nearby in the beautiful up and coming area of Los Adeje. Would definitely recommend this Villa and the area but would also recommend you definitely need a car to get around. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Romano, the villa had everything (and more) to enable us to have a fantastic time, it's beautifully furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout and the layout worked really well for us. The outside space it great with more than enough room and ample seating areas. The villa was spotless when we arrived which makes for a great first impression. For the kids, they made good use of the fantastic pool and the full sky package and internet are a real bonus. I think the owners are very brave to put what is obviously a home onto the rental market, I hope for their sake that everyone else looks after the place the same way we did during our stay. It's a little distance from the main attractions of the town and uphill on the way back, but this didn't stop us enjoying ourselves and with a car this would be no problem. For us we used local taxis, which were only a phone call away and very reliable and reasonably priced. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the villa to others, having spent 15 years on villa holidays, this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. We will be back! We have just spent a week at Villa Romano and have had a brilliant time. All the rooms are very stylish, with elegant colour schemes throughout. This is a very well-equipped villa, with plenty of crockery in the kitchen for several meals and lots of thick, large towels for the pool. There are beautiful sea-views from the terrace (and all three balconies), while local amenities (large super market, corner shop and small cafe) are all within easy reach. The villa is perfectly located for the water parks and beaches of Los Cristianos as the motorway is just a few minutes drive away. However, you are blissfully unaware of this as it is so quiet! All of us, including our two daughters, aged 8 and 10, especially loved the pool area and how spacious and clean the whole place is. Thank you very much to David for being so helpful. Felt safe with the electric shutters on all the windows. If you needed anything it was just a phone call away. Very helpful. My husband and son played golf.
