This remarkable property comprises a pair of generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is graced with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features twin beds. A well-appointed family bathroom is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms.
Upon entering through the front door, which opens to the lush gardens and off-road parking area, you're greeted by a welcoming hallway designed to accommodate jackets and shoes. This seamlessly transitions into an open-concept dining area and lounge. An expansive wall-mounted television offers a plethora of multi-language channels, including English. High-speed fiber broadband is also at your disposal.
Adjoining the main lounge area, the fully-equipped kitchen boasts an array of modern conveniences, encompassing a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
Beyond the lounge's patio doors lies a charming covered seating and relaxation space complete with a dining arrangement for 4 to 6 individuals, alongside a charcoal barbecue. Adjacent to the property, steps lead to a private rooftop solarium outfitted with two sunbeds for your relaxation.

Absolutely delighted with Casa Adelfas and have no hesitation in recommending as will absolutely be a returning customer ourselves. The Villa has everything needed for a home from home as a family of 5 with 3 under the age of 7. Its immaculately clean, well set out, comfortable and spacious inside and out. A proper gem. The location is perfect and has everything you need on your doorstep and the wider location has all the most desirable visitor attractions within 10-20 minute drive but all are also accessible via the public transport system. David & Carianne made the whole transaction simple and pleasant from start to finish, thank you both of you. We will be in touch as soon as our next break comes around again. Modern,well furnished and decorated villa all on one level.Everything there that you needed.The complex had a lovely pool area for relaxing. Walking distance to a few bars,but we chose to drive out a little. Good supermarket just up the road and opposite.Complex was well kept and quiet.Loved the outdoor area plenty of seating and nice roof terrace. Carrie Ann was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Husband and son were impressed with the golf courses. Lovely holiday! Thank you.
Casa Adelfas is a beautiful, modern villa & was the perfect location for my husband, Dad & I. It's clean, spacious with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & has everything you need. The rear patio area is a comfortable place to sit & relax. The complex is very peaceful & secure. There are 3 beautiful pools with loungers to choose from & Grandee O'Donnell's is on your doorstep for food, drink, sports & live entertainment. Cari Ann met us on arrival & was very helpful & friendly. We will definitely return & would recommend to friends & family.

Great apartment and great hosts. Very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Apartment in perfect position. Walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. Only downside is no air con and not very private. Overall a great stay.
We had a fabulous 11 nights stay at Casa Adelfas, the property was beautifully decorated throughout and had everything you possibly would need, the patio area is spacious and has a lovely seating area for a warm summer's evening, close to local shops and restaurants and there is a bus stop near if you wanted to go further.. We will definitely return to this property.

We had a brilliant holiday staying at this villa over Christmas and New Year. The location was great as it is a short walk to everything you could need and taxis are also readily available and reasonable. The villa was perfect for us (a couple) but could also be great for a small family. It was clean and the outside area is excellent with a couple of communal pools. The pool areas were very clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time by the pool (it was so relaxing on the comfy loungers) but also ventured to nearby beaches too. The villa is well equipped and has everything you could need for a great holiday. David met us on arrival and went through everything with us which was great and he also kept us in the loop with any changes to Covid-19 restrictions, which was so helpful. he also gave us many lovely restaurant recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday!
