Description
Casa Sol is located in a quiet residential area, therefore we only allow respectable families with children and couples who are over 30 years old to stay on our property.
The villa has views of the sea and the mountains with sun all day. All rooms with Air Conditioning. Bedding, hair dryer, weekly rental all inclusive. The owners are, therefore, non-smokers ask that smokers limit their smoking to the outside terrace.
The property is maintained to a high standard for your comfort and pleasure with linens, modern crockery and cutlery. A welcome basket for our guests upon arrival. 1 travel cot with bedding and 1 high chair available free of charge.
Outside: Large terrace areas with sun all day, around an 8x4 meter swimming kidney shaped private heated pool. The villa has good quality outdoor furniture, outdoor dining table and chairs to accommodate 8 under a large pergola with tie back curtains, 8 sun loungers with padded cushions, 3 umbrellas, brick barbecue, covered area with a large L-shaped wicker sofa, cushions and coffee table.
Utility Room: Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
All linens and pool towels included.
Stays of more than one week will have a backup sheets and towels.

Holiday Extras
Swimming Pool Heating
The swimming pool heating is provided free of charge in the winter months from October to the end of April but an extra 145 euros per week in the summer from May to September - just let us know if pool heating is required in the summer and we can add this to your booking.
Air Conditioning is included in the price.
Security Bond
A Security Bond is required and payable 7 days prior to your arrival and refunded 7 days after your departure.

We had a fab holiday staying at this villa. The location for us was fine as it is such a quiet area yet only 20 mins walk to the restaurants etc. Taxis are readily available and reasonable. The villa is fabulous, very clean and the outside area is excellent. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We spent most days by the pool and it was so relaxing on the comfy loungers. The villa is spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. Paul the owner, met us on arrival and went through everything with us which was good. We look forward to staying at the villa again.
Had an amazing time staying in this very well laid out spacious property. Everything you could possibly need to function as a family and great guidance on where to eat and taxi numbers etc. Welcome pack on arrival and met by Paul the owner on arrival who explained everything we needed to know about the villa. Pool maintenance was good and clean towels and linen a plenty. Kitchen was well equipped and BBQ was well used on our visit with lovely family outdoor eating area. Laundry room was a real bonus with outdoor drying area. Property is secure all way around keeping children safe and beautiful views of mountain and sea. Would definitely return and recommend highly. Paul was amazing. Called us to check everything was all ok and again on our last day to make sure we were happy with everything.
